5 birds is committed to providing bespoke homes that tell the story of Austin’s history while being well appointed, stylish and historically authentic. 5 birds carefully selects homes that have a historic quality and often chooses homes that would benefit from significant restoration work.
Once the homes are restored, they are well appointed, with much of the interiors coming from local Austin vendors. 5 birds strives to balance historic restoration with updated interiors that reflect a calling for 21st century conveniences and comforts.
Once complete, the homes are rented on a longer term basis to those wishing to have an authentic Austin experience.
