Avenue C #1

Hyde Park

5 bird’s first Hyde Park house has been occupied by only two families since it was built 100 years ago. The floors are a fine example of long leaf pine, with continuous board running the entire length of many of the original rooms. Eventually the living and dining rooms were combined, and a den and master suite were added to the rear of the house. The woman who lived much of her life here dedicated a significant amount of her time and talent to the Helping Hand Home. This work is honored in the renovation of this home.
